you can have ammonites/nautalis in the pool, they lived during the dinosaurs and they were pretty abundant in prehistoric seas

For the tanks having it filled with water would be difficult to maintain. Paint will rub off and a host of other problems. But we could give the illusion of underwater quite easily. Silk plants representing kelp can be made and a small fan making a breeze could move them. There are special lights that give the effect of being underwater, www.americandj.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ItemNumber=1906For some areas, a portion that is filled with water can blend in if done correctly and live fish can be included. A thin pane with bubbles coming up can be placed to further the effect. Having everything fully submerged would be ideal but just look at the upkeep cost of water based attractions that involve electronics.

I've collected a small list of possible creatures for the Aqua house, but first an idea I had. The Aqua house could be underneat the Croc enclosure, meaning a glass wall could allow visitors to see the crocs whilst they swim. The list of prehistoric creatures is as follows. Ammonites, belemnites, kronosaurs, bananogmius, cryptoclidus, livyatan melvillei, tylosaurus, mosasaurs, basilosaurus, triassochelys, placodus, elasmosaurus, coelacanths, mesosaurus, gemuendia, ceresiosaurus, lariosaurus, pistosaurus, nothosaurus, muraenosaurus, macroplata, peloneustes, shonisaurus, mixosaurus, ophthalmosaurus, cymbospondylus, temnodontosaurs, eurhinosaurus, chaohusaurus, icthyosaurus, globidens, clidastes, platecarpus, proganochelys, protostega, placochelys, henodus, archelon, hybodus, cretoxyrhina and scapanorhyncus. Some of these would be impossible due to size limitations, but I hope I have contributed a few species to any list of creatures you already had for the Aqua house. I apologise if I have duplicated any names, or misspelled any. This is the combined knowledge of two Jurassic park games, two books and three TV series. Sorry about the sheer length, but I wanted to ensure I added as many species as possible to the list.

It would be cool to put the old school and the new anfibians like ichtyostega, mosasaurus, limnoscelis,Diplocaulus, labirintodon and etc

You should make a large aquarium tunnel with fish from around the world, but inside are coelocanths and xiphactinus, which are both prehistoric creatures

You should make a pond with a swimming koolasuchus, but you can only see the top of the water, and the viewing area is indoors while the actual enclosure is outside. BTW, where do you plan on locating the park, the US, the UK, or somewhere else?

You could also add some of these 'living fossils' - nautilus - goblin sharks -coelacanths - elephant sharks

I also have a idea for the Aqua house but not the exhibits - have projectors cast a shadow around the Aqua house of a mosasaur swimming around

You could also add some of these 'living fossils' - nautilus - goblin sharks -coelacanths - elephant sharks Goblin sharks and coelacanths won't be possible due to very few sightings and it is impossible to re create the pressure. Nautilus is possible but I don't know about elephant sharks I'm guessing those are deep sea too though

For the head cave idea, what about a styxosaurus or other plesiosaur. Maybe even a dunkleosteus. Also you could have around the horseshoe crab touch pool ( maybe include fire shrimp? I have shrimp fossil that looks like this www.jtssharksteeth.com/Fossils/020601-shrimp02close.jpg so it could be prehistoric?) have an array of zoomed in fossil of trilobites, including this one:-https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Han_(trilobite)

Good idea, but he needs to do many small animal models (which would have been real ) . Still it´s better than water
