If you would make custom models of dinosaurs and sell them in your gift shop, then make them exclusive, maybe more people would buy them since they're sold no where else.

Yes, model dinosaur kits would be an interesting addition. I may have them made in vinyl though by a company, not resin as it would be so much quicker and cost effective this way.

That would cost a lot in equipment and molds, so would likely be cheaper getting them reproduced by a company that has the required machinery and expertise in place.

Concentrate on the more popular dinosaurs to start if you're really going to do this. And make them easy to assemble as it would be mainly kids that are going to want these and they will be need to be easy to do. Maybe just 5 parts per kit. They will also need to be made from a type of material that 'child friendly' glues (not superglue) can be used with.

Dinosaur plushies would be cool

I imagine the best models to sell would be the most well known dinos, like Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Pteranodon, Parasaurolophus, Brachiosaurus etc. Later on, species that are more unique like Baryonx, Dracorex, Stygimoloch and Kentrosaurus might be better as they are less well known and very interesting looking.

I like the idea of dinosaur plushies. Have them customized for the park. There would probably only be plushies of the more popular creatures like tyrannosaurs and triceratops. Some aqua and pteranodon plushies would be cool.
