I guess a lot of you have seen the Walking with Dinosaurs animatronic Raptors in their live stage shows? It looks pretty impressive, but the legs of the actors can be seen, and I don't think I could rely on a man to keep up a perfect performance 8 hours a day. It would take perfect coordination and a lot of understanding of how a Raptor may had behaved and moved to create a completely believeable performance, so I think a pre-programmed system and full animatronics would be the way to go.
I also saw a video on Youtube of a guy in a Raptor suit at Stan Winston's Studio with looked good too, but the best thing is you can't see the actors legs. The only thing is that there're no feet, but this could be hidden with low ground cover/plants anyway. I think if I did ever use a man in a suit, the SWS version is what I'd use.

It must be very unconfortable.. even for a short time, so I can't imagine how anybody could keep up a good performance working like that! Animatronics must be the way for this dinosaur, and the good thing about a pre-programmed system is that the movements could be well thought out and performed.

Keep layers of foliage or rocks to hide the lower part of the animals. This should also free up some space that would not have to be filled, making it less pricey.

But if you keep layers of rock and foliage it cqn reduce the area there raptors can run around and reduceing the visibility for the guests its bad manly if we use baby raptors we can still do this idea but not all around take so bits out where it covers to much

What if you have men in costumes once in a day and call it raptor breakout so the people in costumes would run out the cage and have someone like Owen from Jurassic world to come out and send them back in the cage
