In an effort to provide attractions and events for the adults as well as the kids, I thought up a beer garden and BBQ & Hog roast evenings. These could be themed too of course, with maybe the meals being named T-rex treats or Dino Burgers. There could be a fire going in cooler weather to gather around for roasting food on skewers as well as a spit roast.   |

This sounds really cool, but maybe in an ice age themed area? Elasmosaurus Steaks and Mammoth Burgers sound very appealing to me.

I think you mean elasmotherium and not elasmosaurus if your doing ice age theme but if you want a really stand out meal do a meal out of the ordinary like a sauropod burger were its different meats between two buns |
