I have a pretty good idea of what I want to start the park off with, and with this I worked out that a minimum 10 acres of land in the United Kingdom would be needed. Preferably somewhere in the South east of England, and within 40 miles of Aldershot, Farnham, Camberley and Farnborough. Prices vary greatly and I'm still torn between whether to buy or lease the land??

Erm... I don't know how close it is to where you want it but try the area around paignton, Devon? There's a lot of land, most of which isn't used and could eaasily be bought from the owners?

I'm not familiar with the area, I'm up in Lincolnshire. Just thought I'd throw in my thoughts about the location. Consider the transport links, how easy is it to get their by train? is their access to main roads close by? Just thinking about Cadbury's World near Birmingham. it's only about a 10 minute walk from the Bourneville train station, very handy!

You could try to find land in Norfolk. The land there is very coniferous and could be a great place for the prehistoric feel. This is a brief idea : farm5.static.flickr.com/4095/4885015193_24e6903272_b.jpgThere is also a dinosaur park there , but has statue dinosaurs instead. I have been there many times as a kid and it has a great feel to it . so have a look.
