Once I've completed some other projects, I will start on a 1/1 scale Jurassic Park Tyrannosaur head animatronic, which is to be the same size as the one created at Stan Winston Studio. This will be great learning experience in working with animatronics on a larger scale and would make an awesome project for the forum. ;D Attachments:

That sounds like a great idea. If I were doing this, though, I would start small with something like meganeura or anchiornis first.

Well, to be honest, it's quite hard to make realistic robot. What I would do is make the eyes look so realistic, they will look and feel wet, and feel real. Like they all did in Jurassic Park, especially with the Triceratops. Is that what you're aiming for? If you are, then this is a perfect idea. The eyes can be given a glow, and you guys can use amazingly powerful animatronics. Also, make sure it has a blinking mechanism.
