With a theme park that has a theme as broad as "prehistoric" I don't think you're limited to only Mesozoic animals, why not explore the possibilities of expanding into Paleozoic and Cenozoic organisms as well? I personally would love a Cambrian aquarium, or even possibly a Carboniferous Bug House. What are your thoughts?
